Commercial Dance

If one hour a week at one of our Sussex TTW Schools doesn’t satisfy your need to dance, we offer a number of classes at our Sussex Dance Academy including Commercial Dance. We run two sessions, one for our Juniors 12 & Under and one for our Seniors 13 +. Develop this particular dance form at a more advanced level. The class encompasses a multitude of styles including:

Street dance
Jazz dance
Hip-Hop
Locking & Popping
Contemporary

The class is full power! Perfect for building stamina and increasing your dance range.

Dance Academy students have had the opportunities to dance professionally in numerous shows including: Life Through Dance (with Strictly’s Pasha Kovalev), Billy Elliot (West End), Matilda (West End), Gypsy (Chichester Festival Theatre and West End), Swan Lake (UK Tour) and many more.

As a registered member of the Council for Dance Education, we offer specialist training in Intermediate Musical Theatre Jazz and Pre-Professional Jazz for some of our most gifted dancers, as well as offering graded classes leading to internationally recognised exams in ISTD Ballet and ISTD Tap.
