Nina Grodahl

Singing Tutor

Nina Grodahl is a performer and vocal coach with a background in pop, musical theatre, live performance, and songwriting. She graduated from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) with a Diploma in Popular Music & Sound Technology and a BA (Hons) in Music, specialising in live performance and songwriting. Nina is also a certified Modern Vocal Training (MVT) coach, drawing on the principles of Speech Level Singing to support healthy vocal technique—helping singers find ease, freedom, and confidence in their voice.

In 2024, she received Arts Council England funding for her work in vocal coaching, focusing on supporting neurodiverse students—including those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and dyspraxia—as well as students with mental health challenges. As someone who is dyslexic herself, Nina is passionate about creating inclusive, accessible learning environments that celebrate neurodiverse ways of thinking and expressing creativity.

As a performer, Nina regularly appears at cabarets and musical theatre nights across London and has performed on stages across Europe. Career highlights include performing her own song at the Nordic Music Video Awards in 2017, and reaching the finals of the Norwegian Eurovision Song Contest. She also works as a vocal producer and arranger, collaborating with other artists across a range of genres. Alongside this, she continues to write, produce, and release original music under her artist name Uma Nite, which has been streamed over 60,000 times.
